The Hourly Distribution Report

If your parenting plan requires calculating and reporting actual times then the ParentingTimeCalendar Hourly Distribution Report is for you! If you are calculating Care Time or Quality Time then the Hourly Distribution Report is a must for you. The report provides you with all your calendar Overnight Stays, Day Visits, and hourly data at a glance and performs time entry error checking.

Features of the Hourly Distribution Report include

A Summary Header -- which provides the name of the calendar, the date and time the report was created, the date range, and counter totals and percentages for the non-custodial parent.
Overnight Stay Graph -- Each overnight stay is scaled and drawn to show its pickup and dropoff time. Errors and warnings (such as missing pickup and dropoff times) are shown in red and are included in an error report which may be printed or displayed on your monitor.
Day Visit Graph -- Each day visit is scaled and drawn to show its pickup and dropoff time. Again, errors and warnings (such as missing pickup and dropoff times) are shown in red and are included in an error report which may be printed or displayed on your monitor.
Day of Week Table -- The table shows the number of overnight stays, day visits, and total time for each day of the week.
The Hourly Distribution report can be printed or saved as a bitmap (.bmp) or jpeg (.jpg) image file. The image file (.bmp or .jpg) may be inserted into your word processor or sent as an e-mail attachment.

The hourly distribution report is virtually identical for both the single year calendar and the 2-year calendar programs except of course the 2-year program produces two pages (one for each year). The two pages are useful for a coarse comparison.

The hourly distribution report creates an error report flagging pickup and dropoff time errors. If you have little or no interest in actual times, you may safely ignore all errors and warnings since they have no affect on the appearance of the calendar and have no affect on the overnight stay or day visit counters or percentages.

If you have a high interest in actual times, for example you will be computing "Quality Time", then all errors must be removed and all warnings should either be removed or thoroughly understood (for example the use of default times may be acceptable).

The Hourly Distribution Report can be printed or saved to your hard drive as an image file in either bitmap or jpeg format.

To print the Hourly Distribution Report you need a Windows(TM) compatible, graphics capable printer.

Depending on your printer capabilities, the hourly distribution report can be sized to print on any size paper stock.
